The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy for business meetings and events. The room was spacious and offered a great view of the city, which added to my overall experience. The staff was professional and helped promptly with any inquiries or requests I had, ensuring a smooth stay.
Wi-Fi is not complimentary and bottled water was overpriced.

The hotel is right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. Our room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other hotels in the area, which was a pleasant surprise for our family.
There was an additional destination fee that added $30 to our daily charges, which felt a bit excessive.

Perfect Location and Spacious Rooms
Had an amazing stay right in the heart of Times Square! The large room I had provided a fantastic view, and it was perfect for my family. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the doorman, who made our experience even better. However, the check-in area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

missingWrote a review on Sept 29times square viewsr lounge diningroom comfortlimited dining
This hotel sits right in the heart of the action, with a prime view of Times Square. R Lounge offers one of the best views in the area for evening drinks, although it's pricey, adding a bit of glamour to your night.
My experience with room temperature was a mix. the control was tricky to figure out, leaving the room a bit chilly at times. The restaurant hours are limited, especially during the week with breakfast taken down a notch—no lunch service at all. Also, it was disappointing to find out at check-in that they can't serve alcohol, making the bar experience a bit subdued. As for costs, a daily credit feels insufficient against expensive dining options, and there's a hefty fee for bottled water that should be provided complimentary.

The King Room was cozy with comfy beds, and we had a great view of Times Square. Nice touch with the USB ports and Aveda products in the bathroom. It was clean, and the staff was quick to respond if we needed anything. A bit slow on the elevators, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the stay.
